As part of EPSi's Licensed Software Support Agreement, every client receives access to unlimited telephone support. EPSi support personnel are available via telephone to answer questions and to resolve service requests promptly. Clients may also access EPSi's online client portal to log and manage service requests, search FAQs, download software and documentation updates and view the client newsletter.
 
EPSi is also proud of its industry-recognized support (rated Best in KLAS among all vendors in decision support) for critical issues.
